Camp Kesem

The speaker is the active Co-Director of Camp Kesem at Stony Brook University. He is a senior who is receiving his BA in Political Science and aspires to go to medical school. He also works in a psychology lab to better understand kids with autism. In his free time he volunteers at the Stony Brook Hospital Child Life Department.

Camp Kesem is an active community throughout the United States, driven by college students, supporting children through and beyond their parent's cancer with free year-round services. Camp Kesem's main program is a week-long sleepaway summer camp for kids whose parents have or have had cancer.
