With over a decade of experience in Human Resource management, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Event Planning, and Employee Engagement, Alessandra Cavalluzzi advises both corporate funders and non-profits, and is a sought-after guest speaker and panelist at HR and non-profit events. Alessandra currently oversees corporate giving, fundraising, and employee volunteerism for a multi-billion dollar company with over 6,000 employees around the world.

An innovator in corporate employee engagement initiatives, Alessandra helps teams develop, execute, and manage engagement surveys from conception and implementation to results analysis and action planning. Her successful collaborations with innovative teams that span departments, job levels, and geographies have garnered her a reputation as a solid, natural leader among her peers. Her colleagues describe her as someone who “gets it done” with a positive, can-do attitude.

An expert event planner, Alessandra creates exciting programs at her company focused on energizing associates, supporting the community, driving change, and championing a culture of engagement. Alessandra developed and leads a team of brand champions comprised of 100 members globally. These individuals represent every area of the business, and serve as ambassadors for the company’s culture and brand. With Alessandra’s guidance, they help drive key business initiatives, change, and engagement throughout the organization.  In addition, Alessandra also oversees the company's Community Outreach Team which is made up of 80 members globally.  The group champions volunteerism and community involvement across the company's locations.

A natural teacher, Alessandra is dedicated to helping companies around the world develop what she calls “a culture of giving.” She has a certification in Organizational Change Management from NYU’s School of Business, and has ample experience designing and facilitating trainings in previous roles in Corporate Learning and Development as an Instructional Designer and Trainer.

Alessandra believes in the power of curiosity to transform lives, and that learning is for a lifetime. Aside from reading, she enjoys art and loves to draw in her spare time.  Her passions include writing, libraries, museums, and visiting small unique bookstores.  When she’s not pursuing her hobbies, Alessandra loves surrounding herself with family and good friends and spending time with her sidekick and loyal companion, a Pomeranian named Elvis, who has a fan club as big as The King himself.

The event is free to attend.  Lunch is available for $16 per person.
