ROSEMARIE KLUEPFEL Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation – Assistant Branch Manager in Hauppauge, a Licensed Mortgage Originator under the supervision of the NYS Department of Financial Services, specializing in residential mortgages. She has written several articles on the subject matter and facilitated workshops for perspective buyers, real estate agents and industry related organizations. Rosemarie is a New York Department of State Approved Real estate Instructor, Certified Military Housing specialist, a Long Island Board of Realtors® Instructor, a speaker for the Long Island Speaker’s Bureau and was the 2018 Toastmasters International District 46 Conference Chair. She is also the Long Island Community Liaison for the Fairway Foundation the 501c3 arm of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. This Spring, you can find Rosemarie singing with the Chuck Evans band at locations like Danford’s Inn and the Sunset Tiki Bar& Grill.
