A resident of Commack since 1986, I have been deeply involved in both the school district and the broader community for decades. I began my service as an active volunteer, including serving as PTA President at multiple schools.
In 1996, I joined the Commack School District as Volunteer Coordinator, and in 1999, I was appointed Director of Community Relations. I also served as advisor to the Interact Club at Commack High School, supporting student leadership and community service initiatives.
My community involvement includes serving as President of the Commack Coalition of Caring and Chairperson of the September 11th Committee. I am also a founding member of the Commack Community Association, where I served as Secretary.
In 2008, I was appointed District Clerk, continuing my commitment to public service and education.
Currently, I serve as a Police Ambassador to the Suffolk County Police Department, reporting to the Police Commissioner, and as a member of the Precinct Level Advisory Board (PLAB) for the 4th Precinct.
